Summer Support Clerk

Kingston ON: Summer Support - Customer Service/Administrative Clerk

We're looking for an organized individual to provide administrative and customer service support this summer at our Kingston office. The role runs May through the end of August and successful candidate will support the office with telephone, reception, customer service, and various admin tasks. Experience with Google Workspace would be an asset and a comfort and willingness to learn new software platforms is essential. Candidate should enjoy interacting with people, have great listening skills, and be comfortable asking for direction/clarification as needed. Training and supervision provided.

This is an office position. 30-35 hours per week for up to 16 weeks. $19.05/hour

Warehouse Supervisor - Trenton ON

Capital Movers & Storage in Trenton, ON is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and the organization of household goods and general freight. This position requires hands‑on leadership, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must have experience in the moving industry and hold a valid AZ license.

Trainer

Reporting to the Operations Manager, and working in close collaboration with local managers, supervisors, and crew leaders, the Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating skills‑based training for both new hires and existing employees. This includes onboarding, orientation, Inservice training, and mentorship programs. The position will be based out of the Group’s Kingston or Trenton office, with regular travel to additional locations as required.
